You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the Andover Town Office concerning the following:

At 7:05 p.m. a request from Stoney Brook Contracting, LLC for a Special Exception as specified in the Andover Zoning Ordinance Article V Section B, to allow creation of two apartments on the second floor of an existing structure.  The property is located 138 Pancake Road and is Tax Map 21, Lot 830,560 in the Agricultural & Residential Zone.
