You are hereby notified that the request of Amy Schneider for a Variance for the property at 16 Peg Shop Road and is Tax Map 19, Lot 800,022 following the requirements of Article V Section D3 of the Andover Zoning Ordinance to permit:

A variance to allow less than the required minimum road frontage for the creation of a lot.  A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 7:15 p.m. 

THE APPLICATION IS GRANTED.

Following review of the information provided by the applicant, and testimony given by the applicant, the ZBA finds the Application meets requirements of Article V Section D3 of the Andover Zoning Ordinance.
