Highway Department Advisory Committee

The Highway Department Advisory Committee was first established in 2020.  They were tasked with looking at all aspects of a future Highway Department for the Town of Andover.  On September 10, 2020, they presented their findings and conclusions to the Select Board.  After that, the Town made steps forward towards establishing a Highway Department and providing equipment & facilities for that department.  In August 2023, the HDAC were called back together by the Select Board to review bids from Designer / Builders for a Highway Garage / Facility.
