NOTICE OF DECISION

 

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

 

You are hereby notified that the request of Mr. Jared Frost for a Special Exception for the property at Old College Road, Tax Map 24, Lot 747-022 – Lot #1 in the Forest and Agriculture District, following the requirements of Article V, Section A-2 (a) of the Andover Zoning Ordinance to permit:

Construction of a Single Family Dwelling. A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at 7:05pm. 

Following review of the information provided by the applicant, and testimony given by the applicant, abutters and the public, the ZBA finds the following: 

            This is a listed Special Exception under Article V, Section A:2 (a)

 

THE APPLICATION IS GRANTED by a 4-0 vote on February 15, 2022
