ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

 

You are hereby notified that the request of Jacob Otis for a Special Exception for the property at 13 Princess Drive, Tax Map 11-45-19 following the requirements of Article XV Section C(7)  of the Andover Zoning Ordinance to permit:

A special exception for construction of a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit on the second floor of an existing, conforming garage structure. The property is located at 13 Princess Drive, Tax Map 11-45-19.

 A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 7:05pm. 

 

THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED.

Following review of the information provided by the applicant, abutters and testimony given by the applicant, the ZBA finds the Application is consistent with Article XV Section C(7) and otherwise conforms with the requirements of Article XV Section C (1-15) of the Andover Zoning Ordinance.

 

The Zoning Board of Adjustment APPROVED this application by a 3-0 vote on September 19, 2023.
