You are hereby notified that the request of Craig Perreault for a Special Exception for the property at 58 Chase Hill Road, Tax Map 09, Lot 633,594 following the requirements of Article XV Section C4 of the Andover Zoning Ordinance to permit:

A special exception for construction of an ADU to be attached to an existing structure that is not a dwelling. A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, December20, 2022, at 7:05pm. 

 

THE APPLICATION IS GRANTED.

Following review of the information provided by the applicant, and testimony given by the applicant, the ZBA finds the Application meets requirements of Article XV Section C4 of the Andover Zoning Ordinance.

 

The Zoning Board of Adjustment GRANTED this application by a 3-0 vote on December 20, 2022.
