You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the Andover Town Office concerning the following:

At 7:05 p.m. a request from Craig Perreault, for a Special Exception as specified in the Andover Zoning Ordinance Article XV Section C4, to allow an ADU to be attached to an existing structure that is not a dwelling. The property is 58 Chase Hill Road, Tax Map 09, Lot 633,594 in the Agricultural / Residential Zone.
