ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

 

You are hereby notified that the request of John Santiago for a Special Exception for the property at 151 Beech Hill Road, Tax Map 12, Lot 428,192 in the Agricultural/Residential District, following the requirements of Article IX Section D2 of the Andover Zoning Ordinance to permit:

A detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in an existing structure that is not a dwelling. A series of Public Hearings were held, concluding on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 7:05pm. 

 

THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS GRANTED.

Following review of the information provided by the applicant, and testimony given by the applicant, abutters, and public, the ZBA finds the Application meets requirements of Article IX Section D2 of the Andover Zoning Ordinance.

 

The Zoning Board of Adjustment GRANTED the Special Exception by a 4-0 vote on April 16, 2024.
