NOTICE OF DECISION

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

 

You are hereby notified that the request of Laurel Shinerock and Tristan Rocher for a Special Exception under Article V Section A 2 (a) of the Andover Zoning Ordinance, for the property located on Bradley Lake Road, Tax Map 6-284-527 to permit the construction of a single family dwelling:

THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS GRANTED

 

A Public Hearing was held on May 17, 2022 at 7:05pm. 

Following review of the information provided by the applicant, and testimony given by the applicant, abutters and the public, the ZBA finds the Application meets requirements of Article V Section A 2(a) of the Andover Zoning Ordinance with the following condition:  

The Applicant agrees that all applicable State, Local and Federal permits and a written verification from a NH licensed surveyor or septic designer indicating the well location is compliant with all applicable State rules, and there will be no easements required.

 

The Zoning Board of Adjustment GRANTED this Special Exception by a unanimous  3-0 vote on May 17, 2022.
