PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Andover Town Office concerning the following:

At 7:05 p.m. a request from Whyte’s Landholdings, LLC, for a Special Exception as specified in the Andover Zoning Ordinance Article V Section 2, to allow a forestry garage, maintenance shed and offices; also including timber and wood storage for later transport, the potential for resale of wood products and potentially, a sawmill; along with additional professional offices.  The property is located on Route 4A and is Tax Map 28, Lot 386,337 in the Forest & Agricultural Zone.
